For Justin Timberlake, who just put his palatial Hollywood Hills home up for sale, what goes around comes around. The couple has reportedly offered their opulent residences for sale with a $35 mιllιon asking price, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The Grammy-winning musician and actor spent a startling $26.7 mιllιon extra for the house almost two decades ago. But the pair afterwards undertook a full renovation of the 10.2-acre estate.

Estee Stanley, a well-known L.A. designer, has added chic rustic-modern furniture to the main house along with an 85-foot zero-edge pool and a second plunge pool.

Erroll Flynn, a swashbuckling actor, built the estate that later belonged to singing cowboy Stuart Hamblen and singer-songwriter Ricky Nelson in the 1940s, providing the Timberlake-Biel mansion with its illustrious lineage.

In the 1980s, a land developer bought the property and divided it into several portions after demolishing the home. On a roughly 3-acre plot of land, Hunt constructed a Spanish-style mansion in 2000, which she later sold to Timberlake. The singer of “Can’t Stop The feeling!” subsequently purchased a nearly 7-acre undeveloped site behind Hunt’s home to further his seclusion.

The two-level home has nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread across more than 13,500 square feet and is discretely tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac behind gates and a guard house.

Unsurprisingly, the structure contains every luxurious amenity imaginable, including four fireplaces, a gym, and a luxurious screening room. A home’s surrounding outdoor living space is ideal for outdoor gatherings and dining. The views disclose a substantial portion of the skyline of the San Fernando Valley.

A gourmet kitchen and a lavish master bedroom with a private dressing space and spa-like bathroom are additional noteworthy features. The highly wooded property has a huge lawn that is lit by the aforementioned pools, a lit tennis/sports court, a vegetable garden, and a separate guesthouse.
