Discover what’s special inside the mansion of john Terry?

John Terry has disclosed the substantial building work that is now taking place at his Surrey estate, where the Chelsea star is getting ready to install a new pool and tennis court. Terry posted a video to his Instagram account as the work was being done in his yard to show the transformation.

The 40-year-old was seen outside the £4.35 million property in his hi-his jacket, which he wore throughout his playing career and with the number 26 on the back.

Before this most recent development, Terry had already finished building his present home, which he moved into in July 2019.

An update on Terry, the assistant manager of Aston Villa,’s outdoor tennis court and pool was given earlier this year.

And he’s now opened the doors to his new house to his 5.5 million Instagram followers.

In what was once a shell of a house, gleaming-white fixtures and fittings can be seen being put all through the property.

Some of the brief videos posted on social media showed the floor being laid, demonstrating that the building is almost finished.

He dubbed one of the videos “wine and cigar room” in what might end up being the ultimate man cave.

Later, Terry went outside to display the pool renovation.

JT’s February video merely showed a mud bowl in the lawn with diggers in the distance.

The only thing left to do is some tiling and a splash of water now that the hole has been dug and the pool foundations have been set.

Last summer, Terry suggested constructing a new garage and a space for outdoor gatherings, but those plans were abruptly abandoned by irate neighbors.

The nature of swimming pool activities with covered outside dining and a bar means that there are likely to be noise nuisance issues preventing residents from enjoying their properties in peace, according to a letter from a neighbor to Guildford Council’s planning officer.

“This space can be used all year round due to the presence of a heating source, preventing the neighbors from being relieved of noise annoyance all year.”

This organization’s scale also causes grave worries regarding development creep.

Terry, 40, gave up playing at the end of the 2017–18 campaign to focus on his coaching career. He is currently Aston Villa’s assistant manager.
