Drake, a Canadian rapper, musician, and actor, recently sold his YOLO estate in Los Angeles for $12 miℓℓion.

One of the many comforts this approximately 12,500 square foot estate offers for living the hip hop star lifestyle in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills is a mechanical bull and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar.

According to the listing with Branden and Rayni Williams of Beverly Hills Estates, which referred to the “you only live once” slogan, “The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.” This English Tudor, located in a secluded cul-de-sac and bordered by equestrian pathways, is the ideal combination of country charm and modern convenience.

Drake, 35, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, paid $7.7 miℓℓion for the home in 2012, according to PropertyShark data. The singer of “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” reportedly first listed the estate for $14.8 miℓℓion in March, according to listing paperwork. It entered on a contract in the beginning of May.

Because the sale’s records have not yet become available, Mansion Global was unable to identify the buyer.

The listing describes the main house as having vaulted ceilings, six fireplaces, a recording studio and lounge, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a tasting area. It is accessible via a stone causeway. In addition, there is an approximately 2,000-square-foot master bedroom suite with seating and a bar area, a bathroom with two vanities and soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and a wood-paneled bookshelf serving as its entrance.

In addition to the swim-up bar, the listing noted that the pool area had an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and numerous televisions. Stables, a sand volleyball court, and a tennis/basketball court are also present.
