Irving purchased a 5,500-square-foot home from former Cavaliers Daniel Gibson and Keyshia Cole for $800,000 after Cleveland selected him first overall in 2011. Before being traded to the Boston Celtics, Irving resided in this home.

The previous Cleveland home of Irving featured four bedrooms and six baths. A basketball hoop and an outside basketball ring are both in his living room. When not playing basketball, Irving probably used the mansion’s recording studio, theater, and gym. The lavish residence of Irving features a sizable master bedroom, a bathtub, and a walk-in closet.

Following the height of his fame, Irving sold the house. In 2017, the NBA champion received $1.7 mιllιon for the Westlake mansion. Irving agreed to pay $755,000 after trying unsuccessfully to sell.
