Adele listed her Beverly Hills residence for $12 mιllιon on Monday. The Hamptons-style home is located in Hidden Valley, a guard-gated, celebrity-favored neighborhood in the city.

The 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” bought the home from TV personality and fashion designer Nicole Richie last May for close to $10 million, according to PropertyShark data.

In addition, according to public records, Adele owned two other residences in the area when she purchased the subject property. In 2016, she paid $9.5 mιllιon for a home of over 6,500 square feet, and in 2019, she paid $10.65 mιllιon for a home of 10,650 square feet. Adele acquired the properties using trusts associated with her business consultant.

A few months prior to the listing, the English chartreuse paid $58 mιllιon for a 21,000 square foot, Mediterranean-style property in Beverly Hills. According to reports, the Sylvester Stallone home was listed for $110 mιllιon.

The recently listed 5,500-square-foot home features an open living and dining area with a fireplace, a wood-paneled office with an exterior door, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, as well as a nearby den and breakfast alcove, according to listing images.

The main suite upstairs, which is described in the advertisement, has a fireplace, two closets, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a rain shower head, and a steam room, all of which are separated from one another by metal framed doors. Additionally, there are two more bedroom suites and a sizable playroom or guest room on the upper floor.

A sports court, an outdoor kitchen, eating terraces covered in trellis, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a lounge area are all included in the backyard, which is stone-enclosed overall. A chicken coop, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens are all surrounded by top-notch artificial turf grass on the property.
