TheRealDeal reports that Bang Si Hyuk, the founder of HYBE, the producer of the well-known K-pop group BTS, and one of South Korea’s richest businesspeople, has purchased the vast 11,400-square-foot property. Bang Si Hyuk’s net worth is thought to be close to $2.9 bιllιon, according to Forbes.

 

According to an examination of multiple listing websites, Bang Si Hyuk paid approximately $26.4 million for the Stradella Road property. The home’s original asking price was 29.8 million USD, and Trevor Noah purchased it in 2020 for 29 million USD.

The house is a masterpiece of modern design, created by renowned architect Mark Rios, the head of the Rios architectural firm in Los Angeles. For his landmark work on important projects like the remodeling of the Music Center in downtown Los Angeles and the city’s Grand Park, Mark Rios is well-known. The mansion’s striking design was recognized in a 2017 issue of Architectural Digest, showcasing its unusual and sumptuous appeal.

The former residence of Trevor Noah is distinguished by its breathtaking infinity pool, opulent Japanese-style spa, and spectacular open-air pavilion suitable for hosting dinner parties.
