After being transferred from the Orlando Magic to the Los Angeles Lakers a few weeks ago, NBA player Mo Bamba is tying up any loose ends in Florida. His Orlando penthouse is on the market for $2.879 million.
Mr. Bamba, 24, bought the penthouse in downtown Orlando for about $1.7 million in 2018, according to property records and Erin Wanner of Stockworth Realty Group, who helped him with the sale. He was selected by the Magic two months earlier in the 2018 NBA Draft.
“This penthouse is truly a one-of-a-kind, trophy residence in the Orlando market,” asserted Ms. Wanner, who is now in charge of the sale. When he purchased this property, “Mo had a vision, and he worked for almost two years to make that vision a reality.”
The house, which was designed by Ted Maines Interiors, contains English oak and exotic wood flooring as well as custom wall treatments by Phillip Jefferies and Tom Dixon.
