Camila Cabello, a musician and composer who has won a Grammy Award, has put her Los Angeles property, which is designed in the Mediterranean style, up for sale at a price of $3.95 mιllιon.

Ms. Cabello, 24, has owned the four-bedroom house, which is tucked away in the Hollywood Hills, since 2019, when she paid about $3.4 mιllιon for it through a trust, according to PropertyShark records.

According to listing agent Denise Rosner of Compass, one of the features that initially drew the pop icon to the opulent mansion was its privacy. Beginning with the moment you enter the inner courtyard through the elaborately carved wooden doors, the entire romance of the house was also appealing.

The ivy-covered house is full of character, from the weathered hardwood floors to the Spanish tiled fireplaces, and is described as a “Zen-like living experience” in the description. Retractable glass walls permit the high-end Californian property staple of indoor/outdoor living, which is Ms. Rosner’s personal favorite feature.

The 3,570 square foot house also features Juliet balconies, a gourmet kitchen with stone worktops, and a multi-level terrace with a saltwater pool, outdoor eating places, and a fire pit.

According to Ms. Rosner, the celebrity added a brand-new outdoor BBQ area and new pool equipment over her three years there, leaving her mark on the house.

The high-tech recording studio and vocal booth, however, “would have to be her most notable contribution to the property,” Ms. Rosner remarked. It is the location where she recorded her most recent album, “Familia,” which includes the hit single “Don’t Go Yet.”
