According to listing agent Andrew Mortaza of The Agency, “Creed” actor Michael B. Jordan is asking $12.995 mιllιon for his Los Angeles residence. The “Creed” actor paid roughly $500,000 to upgrade the property’s security and cooling systems after buying it in May 2022.

According to Mr. Mortaza and his colleague Bryan Castaneda, who are listed on the property, the eight-bedroom, nearly 12,300 square foot mansion is situated in Encino’s exclusive Royal Estates area.

Mr. Jordan paid $12.51 mιllιon for the house in May 2022 and invested roughly $500,000 improving the air conditioning and security systems.

The mansion was constructed in 2021 and features a fitness center with a hot pool, a home theater with a snack bar, a wine room enclosed in glass, and an elevator. In the master bedroom suite, there are two enormous walk-in wardrobes. According to him, this has the greatest “wow” influence on visitors.

According to Mr. Mortaza, the almost half-acre property also has a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a cabana with a fireplace, a two-story guesthouse, and a separate massage room. He insisted that he could not comprehend Mr. Jordan’s rationale for selling.

Later this year, Mr. Jordan, who starred in the “Creed” and “Black Panther” movies, will appear in “Creed III,” which he also directed. In addition, he helped start the marketing firm Obsidianworks.

In November, according to the real estate agency Redfin, the median sale price in Encino was approximately $1.18 mιllιon, a 6.2% decrease from the same month in 2021.
