LEWIS Hamilton seems to be making a big effort as he ostensibly tries to woo the recently single Shakira.

The F1 legend scooped up the Colombian music singer from the back of her £12 million beach home and gallantly whisked her away for a boat day with friends in Miami.

 

In a fringed lilac bikini top and matching shorts, Shakira trotted down her own dock last week, and he made sure she didn’t have too far to walk.

There have been countless reports regarding the two celebrities’ romance in recent weeks after they were photographed together on several occasions.

Lewis seems to be making an attempt to flirt by picking up the mother-of-two himself whenever they meet, according to the French daily Gentsu.

He was seen assisting Shakira when she joined the group for a day on the water by exiting the open-top cruiser quickly.The Mercedes’ 38-year-old driver rushed to greet Shakira as she entered the vehicle, which had an inflatable crocodile attached to the roof.

He displayed his distinctive tattoos while sporting a black sleeveless top, sunglasses, a white cap, checkerboard shorts, and a sun hat for the outdoor activity.

Shakira was seen beaming as she sailed around Biscayne Bay with friends as she got used to the heat in Miami.

Later, Lewis made sure she got home safely as he drove her to her sumptuous new home, where she shares a street with stars like Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, and Matt Damon.

Shakira’s wish to go to Miami, where she previously resided and where some of her family members are situated, made earlier attempts by the former couple to arrange an out-of-court settlement futile.
