Timothee Chalamet has long maintained a dual domicile in New York City and Los Angeles. It turns out that Chalamet was the buyer who just paid $11 million for the isolated home owned by model Kate Upton and her husband, baseball player Justin Verlander of the Houston Astros. This is the actor who was nominated for an Academy Award’s first venture into West Coast real estate.

The East Coast traditional-style property, which was built in the 1970s and is situated high in the mountains above Beverly Hills, has a long history of famous residents.

The hillside property is around 5,500 square feet in size and is shielded from the street by massive gates, high walls, and a long road. A big fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, and an eat-in kitchen with its own breakfast nook are among the various living areas.

With multiple huge windows and French doors, the house is entirely white and cheery. The family room includes white wood floors and high ceilings. A sizable lounge with a media center and a walk-in, temperature-controlled wine storage closet is also there.

The house has four bedrooms: a master suite, two smaller “family” suites, and a guest room that would be great for an employee who wants to live there. The master bedroom on the second floor has two walk-in closets and a bathroom that looks like a spa. Both are designed in soothing neutral colors.

A plunge pool, a brick terrace, and a raised spa are all available outside. On the property, there are also full-size tennis courts, rose gardens, a lush lawn, groomed boxwoods, and other features that Sampras reportedly used for daily practice while he owned it. The 1.5-acre property is next to a bigger home owned by celebrity Vin Diesel; John Mayer, Cameron Diaz, and Eva Longoria are also close by and easily accessible on foot.

Before that, the arrival of Jenner’s black Range Rover at Timothée Chalamet’s Beverly Hills residence on Thursday has revived rumors of a romance between the two celebrities.

Although the SUV with tinted windows was seen pulling up to the actor from “Call Me By Your Name”‘s driveway, it is unknown if Jenner was inside because she was never captured on camera.
