Paris Hilton is aware that Beverly Park, the guard-gated neighborhood in Los Angeles known for its opulent mansions and even opulenter people, is where the stars may be blind, but they still shine brightly. The Rock, Mark Wahlberg, Eddie Murphy, Adele, and everyone else’s favorite hotel heiress and socialite-turned-business mogul are currently “sliving” in a huge estate in the same neighborhood as her.

 

Hilton has yet to buy her 14,000-square-foot Tuscan villa-style Beverly Park estate. She signed a long-term lease, possibly with a rent-to-own option. The property was recently rented for $160,000 a month, according to records.

The 3.6-acre estate, which was built in the 1990s, was last sold for $21.5 million in late 2021 to local investor Leonid Smirnov, who lives somewhere in Beverly Hills. The house features two motorcourts, each with space for 10+ vehicles, plus a six-car garage, all surrounded by subtropical landscaping and giant driveway gates.

Crepe myrtle plants and vibrant flower sprays in front of the mansion soften stone columns and a high roofline. Stone floors may be found in the black and white foyer. The living area extends to a patio, while the family room contains a wet bar and another fireplace. Chef Hilton uses a top-notch kitchen to prepare her renowned lasagna.

The master suite includes two bathrooms, two walk-in closets, and a covered balcony with views of the lawn. The upper level has four ensuite bedrooms as well as a “entertainment wing” with a media/theater room and a wet bar. The staff bedrooms downstairs are available to live-in housekeepers, nannies, and petsitters.

Despite being situated on a semi-remote mountainside above Beverly Hills, the house has no view of the city lights. That is made up for by a pool and two spas surrounded by palm trees. There is also a full-size AstroTurf tennis court, a fire pit, and covered patios. A pool house with a kitchen and vegetable and flower beds is in the backyard.

In 2007, Hilton paid $5.3 million for a smaller Mediterranean villa-style house in Mulholland Estates, another nearby private community. The “Bling Ring” broke into that house several times, however it was recently refurbished and may be for sale.

Hilton owns a vacation home on the Malibu shore with her independently wealthy husband Carter Reum. The “Simple Life” actress, whose estimated net worth is $300 million, has owned a pricey Noho condo penthouse since 2014.
