The Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Camila Cabello on Saturday listed her Mediterranean-styled Los Angeles home for $3.95 million.
The four-bedroom mansion in the Hollywood Hills has been owned by Ms. Cabello, 24, since 2019, when she paid about $3.4 million for it through a trust, according to PropertyShark records.
The pop icon was initially drawn to the house because of its privacy, said listing agent Denise Rosner of Compass. Furthermore, “the overall romance of the home, from the moment you walked through the adorned wooden doors into the inner courtyard.”
The ivy-covered home has a “Zen-like living experience,” according to the description, and is full of character, from the Spanish tiled fireplaces to the faded wooden flooring. Retractable glass walls that allow for indoor/outdoor living—a distinguishing feature of upscale Californian real estate—are Ms. Rosner’s favorite feature.
The 3,570-square-foot house includes a gourmet kitchen with stone counters, Juliet balconies, and a multi-level veranda with a saltwater pool, al fresco dining, numerous sitting places, and a fire pit.
According to Ms. Rosner, throughout her three-year employment, the celebrity added a brand-new outdoor BBQ area and new pool equipment.
The development of a cutting-edge recording studio and vocal booth, according to Ms. Rosner, was her most remarkable contribution to the property. The hit song “Don’t Go Yet” was recorded there for her most recent album, “Familia.”
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm golden glow over the Villa of Camila Cabello, a sense of fulfillment enveloped the air.
