Explore the Lavish Beach Mansion of Dwyane Wade worth $22 Million

NBA legend Dwyane Wade sold his Miami Beach mansion for $22 million after almost two years on the market for $32.5 million.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Mr. Wade paid $10,645,000 for the home in 2010 and restored it. The about 12,000 square foot mansion has a wine room, game room, swimming pool, home theater, and outdoor basketball court and is situated on North Bay Road, which is frequented by business executives and celebrities.

In 2019, shortly after playing his farewell game for the Miami Heat, the franchise he spent the majority of his career with, Mr. Wade listed the property. He recently bought a house in Los Angeles with his wife, the actress Gabrielle Union. The cost has been decreased several times since then; the most recent asking price was $26.5 million.

Both the buyer and the seller were represented in this transaction by Brett Harris of Douglas Elliman. He confirmed that the deal had closed, but he made no additional remarks.

In 2014, Mr. Wade and Ms. Union got married; their child is named Kaavia. The couple later purchased a $17.9 million property in the Hidden Hills section of Los Angeles, according to public documents. An inquiry for comment was not soon answered by a representative for the couple.

After investing in the Utah Jazz this year, Mr. Wade is now a small shareholder in the team.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a golden glow over the Lavish Beach Mansion of Dwyane Wade, a sense of fulfillment filled the air. The grand estate, once a dream, now stood as a symbol of success and resilience. Surrounded by loved ones, Dwyane Wade marveled at the journey that led him here, grateful for the blessings bestowed upon him and eager to create new chapters within the walls of his beachfront paradise.
